Good Friday

Mark came over last night and he and I and L hung out for a bit and he gave me copies of the files we recorded together on Tuesday. The files were recordings of:

L - playing my newish analog synthesizer emulator;
me - triggering samples in Ableton Live and playing a mini-moog;
Mark - triggering drum samples in Ableton and playing space-guitar;
Wanda - singing a Rilke poem on an improvised melody.

The process was fun, the result was chaotic.

It snowed here early in the week.

Tuscany is out. The current plan is the south of France, wending our way along the coast of the Mediterranean and into Spain.
